JigSort™ is the ultimate “Management System” for jigsaws. If you find that a jigsaw puzzle tends to take over your house or you need to easily move a part- completed puzzle from one place to another then JigSort™ is the answer to your prayers......

At the heart of the system is a rigid “Construction Tray” on which the jigsaw is made. The tray is completely covered in a special soft fabric that makes it a joy to work with. It can be placed on any table or shiny surface without the least fear of scratching. The fabric covering keeps the jigsaw pieces “Attached” to the surface and this, combined with a raised edge around the tray, ensures that individual pieces are never lost.

“Sort trays” are also provided that have the same special soft fabric on the inside. These trays are used for storing the non-assembled pieces but they can also be used for constructing small pieces of the jigsaw for later transfer to the main board. Each “Sort tray” has its own lid to keep the pieces in place when the jigsaw is not being worked upon.

The “Sort trays” are made to fit snugly into the “Construction tray” and by so doing all the jigsaw pieces are kept firmly in place. The whole assembly can then be zipped away inside the attractive carrying case and in this condition a partly completed jigsaw can be safely stored or transported elsewhere for use in the future.
